Where did this Facebook come from?

I think you got a good idea from the topic about what I'm going to tell you. Yes, it's about Facebook. Now a day's it's rare to find someone dosent know what is Facebook. A huge number of people connected with this online community called Facebook. But how many of them knows where did this Facebook come from?

 

 

 

 

 

 

Way back in early 2004 Mark Zuckerberg gave birth to Facebook as thefacebook.com. At that time Mark Zuckerberg was a sophomore at Harvard University. The name for Facebook came from the publications that some colleges pass out to students at the beginning of the year to help students get to know each other better, called a Facebook.

In the begining there was only Harvard. Facebook was created as way for Mark Zuckerberg and other Harvard students to keep in touch over the internet. Facebook became so popular within few months, that is was soon opened to other colleges. By the end of the following year it was also open to all high schools and the year after that it was open to the entire internet public, as long as you were 13 or older. After that it became popular within a short period of time and now it's the most popular social networking site.

Now we are addicted to it and it became a part our life. Some of my friend's, even don't eat without feeding their Barn Buddy dog. hehehe..!!! I just said it. It's not important for this post. OK...
